Marketing your practice effectively

If you understand the value of investing in your practice, you will understand too the value of marketing and the role it will play in pay back and increased profitability. Sadly marketing is full of charlatans and “consultants” who are simply people who can’t get jobs. But there are also some very astute and creative people out there who can assist you. At Paradigm we have worked with several firms whose services we would recommend. Your first stage is to write a concise brief and we will assist you with that.

After that you need to:

· develop a marketing strategy with your agency/adviser/consultant
· agree objectives and targets
· agree measurement criteria
· review methods of communication with your market
· involve your team so they “buy in” to what you are trying to achieve
